Mostly the lower north shore, Mosman, Cremorne, Neutral Bay, Kirribilli, Milsons Point and Crows Nest, with apartments in the CBD, Manly, the eastern beaches and the inner west.
Residential streets rather than tourist strips: a walk to the ferry, a corner shop, and neighbours who live there all year.
