“Location is great, host is responsive and helpful. The apartment is simple, quite dated but clean and spacious enough. Extremely hot upstairs without AC and faces west with baking afternoon sun - near impossible in summer, even with the blinds closed. Would stay again but in winter”

“I was in the area for a conference for the week. Enjoyed my stay. Very easy to get everywhere, located close to restaurants and public transport. The apartment itself was well kept and comfy. My only suggestion is to think about getting a split system for the bedrooms upstairs. There were a couple of quite warm nights which made it tricky to sleep.”

“Location is alright, nearby Coles, Liquorland, an asian supermarket, and Woolies. 10 mins walk to the station and a quick 20 mins Uber to the city. A ton of stores/restaurants nearby, that's decent too. We stayed there for about 1.5 weeks, and the only hiccup we had was not having enough toilet rolls, so we gotta buy our own with only a few days left. Also didn't have conditioner and shampoo, so we used up what we had ourselves during our month-long trip. The rooms are upstairs, so it's a lot of stairs to climb & we left our heavy suitcases downstairs. It only has one AC downstairs, so not sure if it'll be hot for some people during the summer time. Overall a good stay. Thanks!!”

“The apartment was very big. we were 4 adults. the rooms are upstairs. the rooms are big enough, the master room has the bathroom. the other one has the bathroom downstairs. the shower upstair is a bit old but it works perfectly. we had a little problem with the electricity but Maria helped us right away. the dryer is a bit old and it doesn't dry properly. the location is perfect , there is the garage space, which is a plus. the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. I really recommend Maria's place.”

“The apartment is great, it’s easy to go to Crow Nest metro station, and the apartment was very good, looking exactly like the pictures. The bedrooms have good space and good wardrobes, and the living room/kitchen downstairs are also very good in space and amenities. The only thing I’d suggest is to have an air conditioner in the bedrooms, because they get very hot after end of afternoon and gets cool only after lots of hours (the only place that has AC is the living room downstairs)”

“We felt very home in the apartment. It is very clean and smells really nice. All beds are comfortable with clean pillows, beddings and mattresses! Everything in the kitchen is clean as well… The location is ideal. There’s Cole’s just 1 block away and lots of good restaurants on the same street than the apartment! Crows Nest Metro is just about 700m ahead which makes it very convenient to travel to the city! Our host Shiran has been so helpful all throughout.
