Charming Waverton Escape | Top-Floor 2-Bed With City & Harbour Views (WAV64)

About this property

Self check-in available via key safe.

Set on the top floor of a boutique block of just four apartments on a quiet, leafy Waverton street, this renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment makes the most of its elevated position with sweeping city and harbour views and a large, north-east facing terrace.

Inside, the open-plan living and dining area is bright and comfortable, with timber floors and natural light flowing through to the terrace – a generous outdoor space for a morning coffee or evening drinks as the city lights come on. The renovated kitchen is well equipped for cooking in, with a gas cooktop, dishwasher and a polished concrete breakfast bar with a waterfall edge. Split-system air conditioning keeps things comfortable year round.

Both bedrooms are well proportioned and served by two contemporary, renovated bathrooms (one an ensuite), while an internal laundry and custom storage add everyday convenience. The apartment is fully furnished and ready for an easy, low-maintenance stay.

Whether you’re here for the harbour views, the nearby foreshore reserves or an easy commute into the city, this Waverton apartment is a calm, well-connected base just minutes from North Sydney and a short train ride from the CBD.

Neighbourhood Guide: Waverton
Waverton is a quiet, tightly held residential pocket on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, set on a peninsula between Berrys Bay and Balls Head Bay just north of North Sydney. Leafy streets, harbourside reserves and a village feel around the station make it one of the area’s best-kept secrets, around four kilometres from the CBD.

Dining & cafes: A village-style cluster of cafes and restaurants sits around Waverton station and along Bay Road, including local favourites such as The Grumpy Baker, Third Rail, Waterview Cafe, Le Coq and Fish and Bar Quattro. The Coal Loader Cafe adds a relaxed spot near the harbour, and the dining and bars of North Sydney are only minutes away.

Transport & access: Waverton station sits on the T1 North Shore line, one stop north of North Sydney and around ten minutes (three stops) from the city at Wynyard. Frequent buses run along the Pacific Highway, and by car the Warringah Freeway and Harbour Bridge put the whole city within easy reach.

Attractions & things to do: The area is wrapped in harbourside parkland – Balls Head Reserve offers bushwalking trails, Aboriginal rock engravings, picnic and barbecue spots and sweeping harbour views, while the historic Coal Loader Centre for Sustainability features community gardens, heritage tunnels and a regular Artisans’ Market. Carradah Park and Sawmillers Reserve add more foreshore lookouts and picnic lawns, and Luna Park, Wendy Whiteley’s Secret Garden and the Harbour Bridge are all close by.

Shopping & daily essentials: The Waverton village shops near the station cover the everyday, while nearby North Sydney adds supermarkets, Greenwood Plaza, pharmacies, banks and medical services – everything you need within a short walk or drive.
