“The apartment is located within a hotel, and it is fully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed the wellness area, which included a spa and a swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the city. An excellent experience.”

“Great location! 5 starts just for the location in my opinion- it was walkable to everything and close to public transit if needed. We used the light rail to go to Paddy’s Market- recommend for those looking for souvenirs, WAY cheaper (50-70 percent cheaper) than the shops near the opera house etc. Also the review on using Four Seasons entrance was so helpful, especially when carrying items back to the room to avoid the steep hill. As for the space: It was clean & suitable for us (1 adult and 2 teens). We didn’t fold out the bed as our teen was small enough to just lay on couch with blankets. Queen bed was very comfortable. Did have a problem turning AC on at first, but Fran was great at troubleshooting with me to turn on. Limited amenities- recommend bringing own detergent (one pack given) & shampoo (not provided). Overall GREAT stay and AMAZING views, especially from pool area on 23rd floor. Best view of Opera House in my opinion, besides the bridge.”

“Overall, it was a very pleasant 6-night stay and a great base for exploring Sydney. The kitchen was fully equipped with all utensils, dishes, and even a dishwasher and oven, which made things very convenient. The washer and dryer were also a big help—only four towels (two per person, I think) were provided, but laundry facilities made it easy to manage. Cleanliness wasn’t hotel-level, with some stains in the bathtub, a used cloth in the washer, and a broken window latch that let in a bit of air. Still, the apartment felt tidy and comfortable, and the heater worked perfectly for a warm night’s sleep. The highlight was the recreation deck pool—the terrace view and pool area were fantastic and absolutely worth a visit. The location, though on a hill, is accessible via the Four Seasons Hotel entrance and elevator to the 3rd-floor access door (locked after 11 p.m.). It’s within walking distance to The Rocks, Circular Quay, the Harbour Bridge etc. —perfect for enjoying Sydney.”

“This place was such a lucky find. From the easy key pickup to the moment I walked in, it just kept getting better. Spotlessly clean, bright & fresh, but surprisingly quiet for the middle of the city. Very pleasant dinner & cocktails at Maybe Sammy around the corner. Home to stretch out on the lounge & watch tv after a long soak in the excellent bath: the calm surround just perfect after a day of flights & intense work meetings. (Nothing from the previous review matched my experience so suspect they confused properties). Simply but stylishly furnished, have told my staff to keep this one on our list. Excellent.”

“I stayed here for five days on vacation, and it was a great experience! While things were a bit confusing at the beginning, the host was very kind and provided clear instructions, which made everything easy to understand. The location is fantastic—right in Sydney CBD and close to The Rocks, one of the city’s most iconic suburbs. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for exploring the area. I’m not sure what could be improved because I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again!”

“Every thing was great but theres this thing with the key ...its 900m from the appartment thats a 3.6km walk in total there and back twice. At night bags kids luggage not a good mix not sure why key is not at the appartment as theres a 24h front desk. Hey besides that was great”

“My wife and I stayed here for NYE recently. The unit was clean, quiet and in a great spot. Pricing was a bit elevated vs normal rental periods, but that location for the holiday really couldn't be beat. It's easy walking distance from all the stuff you want to see.. Opera house, harbor bridge, Circular Quay, botanical gardens, etc. The unit is on the 12th floor and has a city view. The view of the harbor is from the pool/entertainment deck up on the 24th. Awesome view, but the pool was always quite hectic. Our contact, Tammy, was awesome. She was responsive and proactive and really helped make any issues or questions fade away quickly. When I head back to Sydney again, I'll definitely look to see if this place is available and would highly recommend. It's cozy and was very comfortable for the two of us.”

“very happy with the apartment the pool area in this building is amazing and very good opening times allowing plenty of use after daily outings , the apartment itself was a good size with everything we needed including washing machine and dryer a minor issue with key collection but this was not the owners fault, ana was fast to contact and very apologetic and did everything in her power to sort the issue out as fast as she could . overall we were very happy and comfortable with this unit and have saved to our favourites for our next sydney trip we will definitely be back again and recommending this property to others”

“While we did have some issues, and it can be hard to get hold of the person responsible for addressing our issues, once we got through to that person, everything was addressed graciously, and effectively, and we had a lovely stay. Any issue was probably just bad luck or timing and we would encourage anyone considering this property to stay here without hesitation!”

“We loved our stay in this apartment. The kitchen was great for any cooking and there was certainly enough pots pans etc. The position was perfect, only a 5 minute walk to circular quay and away you go. Trains, trams, ferries all on hand. The apartment was spacious and I love a seperate bedroom area, rather than all in one room. The washing machine and dryer were great if you stay for some days or have children and need to wash frequently.”
