“Great place the Central Business District. You are about a 15 minute walk to all the Sydney landmarks. Very walkable area. Fran and the team were lovely host and gave us many recommendations of things to do around Sydney! Place does need a little TLC, but for being located so close to everything. “Nice location to get out and about in Sydney. Short walk to transit and ferries. Right adjacent to Darling Harbour, easy walk to Barangaroo, CBD, QVB. Many nearby pubs and restaurants. Several markets within 5-minute walk of unit. Was able to watch the Darling Harbour fireworks each Saturday from the balcony. The location is above a busy, and at time noisy, intersection, but from 11pm to 7am it was generally quiet. The apartment does have air conditioning, which was useful as the afternoon sun warms that side of the building. Manager was immediately responsive to a minor issue with the unit. Unit was clean and comfortable.”
