“The accommodation is very spacious and enough for a family of 4. It seems that up to 5-6 people are possible. It was comfortable because there were 2 bathrooms, and there were plenty of seasonings, bowls, and cooking utensils in the kitchen. Because it is a Chinese garden view, the view is good, and you can enjoy the beautiful sunset of Sydney in the living room. In particular, Tumbarong Park is right next to it, so you can go around like your front yard. All tourist attractions are close. Trams and subways are also close, but it was a bit far for elementary school students to walk every day. Coles and Woolworths are also within walking distance, but not very close. It was on the main road, so I could hear the sound of motorbike gang at night, but I was never disturbed in my sleep. There was a swimming pool in the basement, but it wasn't suitable for children to play. The water is cold and the depth is 1.7 meters. There was a spa, but the hot water was never filled for a week. Adults can do it. The gym is old, but it's okay.”

“Very good! 1) The pricing is extremely competitive for a house with 3 bedrooms. 2) Location is superb. Walking distance to ICC and Darling Harbor, also close to the CBD. The view was also fantastic! If you are driving out for the Blue Mountains or other suburban areas, this place is right at the exit to the highways. No need to put up with the crazy CBD traffic. 3) Overall well-maintained. The house does have quite a bit of wear and tear, but overall all things are kept nice and clean. You can feel that the host really takes good care of the house. I was very satisfied with how it was prepared. 4) Very responsive and friendly host! We did have a couple of hiccups during the stay, but our host Ana was very prompt in responding to them.”

“We had an amazing stay at Ana's property! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home with a warm welcome and helpful recommendations for luggage storage. The house was just as described. The location couldn’t have been better. We were just minutes away from Darling Harbor, Chinatown, and the CBD, which made exploring the area super easy. Plus, the neighborhood was peaceful and safe, and we felt extra secure knowing there was a police station right next door. It definitely gave us peace of mind, especially with the kids around. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a family-friendly vacation spot!”

“Ana is nice. She allowed us to check in early by an hour. The place is near to most of the tourists spots, restaurants, grocery stores and mrt stations. Apartment is good, a home away from home. The only problem we had during our stay is the lift, not really working good. Need some repairs and maintenance. The bldg management need to look into it.”

“My husband and I relocated to Sydney from the US and stayed here for three months. The host was responsive to questions and needs. This two bedroom with and extra work space was exactly what we needed to support working from home. Pool was a great amenity as well. We loved the location - just walk out the back and cross the stone bridge to Darling Square where Chinese Friendship Gardens, theaters, ferry service, and tons of restaurants await. Short walk to trains busses and all the Sydney has to offer. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!”

“This apartment is simply amazing. Walking distance 10 to 15mins away to the Darling Harbor, Maritime Museum, Powerhouse Museum, Museum and town hall station. Paddy Market is 5-7 mins walking down to the south. On Saturday night at 9pm we can watch the fireworks from the apartment balcony. The amenities are more than enough for our family of 6. There are TV in the living room and the 2 bedrooms. The washing machine and washer dryer are easy to operate. We were given 2 set of keys for our convenience . The apartment manager, Shaz is very nice and prompt to reply for any queries.”
