Located within walking distance to the Esplanade, Bathers Pavilion, and Mosman village. Local buses offer access to the city and Northern Beaches, if you feel like going anywhere.

Neighbourhood Guide: Mosman
Mosman is one of Sydney’s most sought-after harbourside suburbs, set on the lower North Shore just a short ferry or drive from the CBD. It’s defined by leafy streets, heritage Federation homes, glittering harbour views, and a village atmosphere that feels worlds away from the city bustle.
Dining & cafes: Military Road is the suburb’s main dining artery, lined with popular spots for all-day brunch, Italian trattorias, modern Australian bistros, wine bars and long-standing local favourites. Balmoral Beach is a destination in its own right – The Bathers’ Pavilion and Public Dining Room offer fine waterfront dining, while casual kiosks and gelato bars line the promenade. Spit Junction and Bridgepoint shopping centre add more cafe and casual dining options for weekday coffees and quick meals.
Transport & access: Mosman is well served by frequent buses along Military Road, with express services reaching the CBD in around 20 minutes via the Harbour Bridge. Taronga Zoo sits on the eastern edge with sweeping harbour views. Fabulous bush and coastal walks wind through Sydney Harbour National Park, including the Bradleys Head to Chowder Bay trail. Harbour-edge reserves like Georges Heights and Middle Head offer WWII fortifications, picnic spots and panoramic lookouts.
Shopping & daily essentials: Mosman Village and Spit Junction cover everything day to day – independent boutiques, homewares stores, bookshops, florists, wine merchants and specialty food providores. A simple, clean apartment in a great spot. Not a heap of character or very smart finishings but perfectly good and the location can't be beaten.

Location, location, location!! Directly across from the beach. Quiet area of Balmoral. Short walk to good cafes/restaurants. Near public transport. If needing to use allocated parking spot, best to use compact to medium size car. Would use it again.

Great stay in a great location right next to the beach and best of all with onsite parking which was super valuable on the weekends when there is no parking to be found in Balmoral. The apartment was surprisingly quiet in spite of the busy road right in front, nice little back of house area as well with communal dining and bbq. Best of all was using the little park right in front of the unit, with benches and tables for small picnics! All in all a great spot & highly recommended!

We enjoyed our visit immensely. House was everything we could ask for. The view of the beach was great, we walked along the beach on many occasions and even took advantage of the boat rentals nearby to rent a sailboat. Public transportation made getting around very easy and we could be downtown in 20 minutes. Took a bit to figure out the appliances but the manuals provided were helpful. The little welcome basket was a thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Sydney.

Beautiful, renovated apartment with everything you could need. The beds are wonderfully comfy. Fantastic location. Off street parking is a little tricky if you have a very large vehicle but great for small or medium sized cars/SUVs.

Great stay on the beach. Apartment as described and as per photos, with second bedroom ideal for toddlers/kids, has two small beds, which is not pictured. Heating good for winter would also assume good for summer with split system in most rooms. Contains Nespresso and milk warmer. thanks

Gorgeous location and beautiful little apartment overlooking Balmoral beach — immaculately clean with fresh white linens and towels. Located up the quieter end of the street just a few mins walk to all the lovely restaurants and cafes. There is one car spot but if you have a second car it’s fairly easy to find parks on the street (there is 2 hours free right outside the front door). We had a lovely week - and the giant screen tv came in handy for movies on days it was raining - will come back again!

Ideal spot for a walk across the road to the lovely park and beach in Balmoral. The place was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Quality fixtures and linen. The large window in the living area was a lovely connection to the activity going on outside, whether it was raining or sunny. We were there in summer, there is no air con but the breeze from the ocean was all that we needed (there are ceiling fans) for a 25 degree night. The single beds in the second bedroom aren't particularly long, so may not suit a large adult. The second bathroom can be a bit tight also. The ensuite has a big bath worth soaking in.

Amazing ground floor beachfront apartment in small block of 4 in original art deco building. Very newly renovated. Lovely beach cottage vibe with plantation shutters and whitewashed timber furniture. Brand new well-equipped kitchen. Brand new washing machine and dryer. Ceiling fans throughout. On Edwards beach, far north end of Balmoral. 10 min walk to south end of Balmoral to breakfast at Boathouse or 5 min walk to Bathers/Pasture. 20 min walk to Chinamans Beach over the headland via Wyargine Rd.

One car space out the back of unit block was very easy. Easy access with keyless entry. In a block of 4 units, 3 other neighbours lovely. Thank you for having us!
