The apartment was surprisingly quiet in spite of the busy road right in front, nice little back of house area as well with communal dining and bbq. Best of all was using the little park right in front of the unit, with benches and tables for small picnics! All in all a great spot & highly recommended!”

The view of the beach was great, we walked along the beach on many occasions and even took advantage of the boat rentals nearby to rent a sailboat. Public transportation made getting around very easy and we could be downtown in 20 minutes. Took a bit to figure out the appliances but the manuals provided were helpful. The little welcome basket was a thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Sydney.”

Located up the quieter end of the street just a few mins walk to all the lovely restaurants and cafes. There is one car spot but if you have a second car it’s fairly easy to find parks on the street (there is 2 hours free right outside the front door). We had a lovely week - and the giant screen tv came in handy for movies on days it was raining - will come back again!”

“Ideal spot for a walk across the road to the lovely park and beach in Balmoral. The place was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Quality fixtures and linen. The large window in the living area was a lovely connection to the activity going on outside, whether it was raining or sunny. We were there in summer, there is no air con but the breeze from the ocean was all that we needed (there are ceiling fans) for a 25 degree night. The single beds in the second bedroom aren't particularly long, so may not suit a large adult. The second bathroom can be a bit tight also. The ensuite has a big bath worth soaking in.”

On Edwards beach, far north end of Balmoral. 10 min walk to south end of Balmoral to breakfast at Boathouse or 5 min walk to Bathers/Pasture. 20 min walk to Chinamans Beach over the headland via Wyargine Rd.”
