The Space
Set on Level 2 of a quiet, contemporary building tucked behind landscaped gardens, the apartment is designed for comfortable, low-key stays. The open-plan lounge and dining area flows out through full-height glass doors onto a generous covered balcony (roughly 6.3 × 2.8m) — the kind of outdoor space that’s rare in Sydney apartments, with skyline glimpses toward the city and afternoon sun.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooking, a full-size oven, microwave, dishwasher and Smeg appliances, with everything you need to cook a proper meal or just put together breakfast before heading out. Ducted air conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round and the engineered timber floors and crisp white finishes give the place a calm, hotel-like feel.

The main bedroom is spacious (3.8 × 5.1m) with a queen bed, built-in robe and a private ensuite. The Neighborhood
Rosebery is one of Sydney’s quietly thriving inner-south pockets — leafy, low-rise, and full of seriously good food. Within a short walk you’ll find Three Blue Ducks at The Cannery, Black Star Pastry (yes, the watermelon cake people), Gelato Messina, Adamo’s Pasta, and a string of standout cafés including Mentmore & Morley and the Allpress roastery directly downstairs. The East Village Shopping Centre in neighbouring Zetland (about 10 minutes on foot) covers groceries, pharmacy, dining and a cinema.

Getting Around
The 370 bus stops literally outside the front door, running to Coogee Beach in around 15 minutes and across to Glebe and the inner west. Green Square train station (T8 Airport Line) is roughly a 12-minute walk and gets you to Sydney Airport in 9 minutes or Central Station in 5. By car, the CBD is around 6 km north and Sydney Airport is around 8 km south. Centennial Park, Bondi Junction and the eastern beaches are all an easy 15–20 minute drive.
