This well-designed 43 m² studio combines sleeping, living, and kitchen areas into a single open-plan space. Large windows bring in natural light and frame tranquil harbour views, making the apartment feel bright and welcoming while remaining compact and efficient.

The F5 Neutral Bay ferry service, which includes Kurraba Point, operates from Circular Quay to Kirribilli, North Sydney, Neutral Bay, and Kurraba Point. On weekdays, ferries run every 30 minutes, and on weekends and during nighttime, they operate every hour.
