As we welcome you back to our apartments around Sydney, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols for working to defeat COVID-19. Consisting of in-house and outside experts in safety, hygiene and infection prevention, and The Apartment Services operations, we are redefining our cleaning and safety standards. We will actively monitor and evolve our solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and employees. With 100% of our staff already vaccinated we're commited to providing a safe environment for all.
Public Spaces
Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going above and beyond our normal protocols. We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency, dedicated staff, and recommended cleaning agents.
Social Distancing
Signage at our offices will remind our staff and guests to maintain social distancing.
All Apartments
In the apartments, we have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants. Same day check-out/in's are no longer available. This is to allow additional time between guests and extra cleaning to take place.
Linen and Towels
All linen and towels will be removed and cleaned at a professional laundry at a min of 70 degrees temperature.
New Cleaning Technologies
We are rolling out new systems where all of our staff and contract cleaners have been certified as completing the NSW State Government Covid safe course.
We are also sanitizing guest keys and devices shared in between stays.
Contact-less check-in’s
Our key safes and mobile technologies provide reassurance and distancing options for our guests arrival. We can provide a contactless check-in using key safes with a unique pin code allocated.
