A security deposit is required to be paid for all bookings and is the equivalent of one weeks rent. This is payable to cover any damages or extra cleaning charges that may occur during your stay. Payment is due prior to your arrival and is payable by bank transfer or credit card.

Your security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of your departure. If payment was made by bank transfer, please forward your banking details to your Guest Manager by email so that they may have this refund processed to you as quickly as possible.
