“The area is very accessible to transport and local shops. Place is clean, nice and comfortable.. I like how linens/ beddings are obviously new and clean. “Fran’s place is in a great location. Walkable to many restaurants, cafes and bars. Pellegrino 2000 is a couple blocks away, Royal Albert out the back door was a great spot and the bakery around the side of the building - all great and convenient. An Aldi is nearby too. The apartment was spacious will really high ceilings. Kitchen was well equipped. Unit has good a/c. The washer and dryer were super helpful. We were on week 2 of our trip so using the washer and dryer was welcomed. I needed to move my dates back a day and Fran was accommodating and immediately responded. We have reason to get back to Sydney at least once a year and will happily try and rebook.”
“Comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Quiet, quiet and on the third floor with a nice view. Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Transport nearby. Indoor pool large enough to swim. We would highly recommend it. The only downside is that one of the two bedrooms does not face the outside but the living room/kitchen. And the air conditioning unit is only in the living room. But other than that, ideal apartment for visiting Sydney.”
“Located in Surrey Hills, it is quiet and has many places within walking distance. There is a bus stop 304 right in front of you, so it is convenient to go to Circular Key. There is an ap bakery 1 minute away from the accommodation, so be sure to try it. It's a restaurant where you stand in line on weekends to eat. The accommodation is suitable for 3-4 people and is the same as the photos. The space was large and there was air conditioning in the living room, so there was no shortage of use in summer. All kitchen utensils, including air fryer, microwave, burner, and simple seasonings are provided, so there is no shortage of food. And there was a washing machine and dryer, so I used them well every time. If you're staying for more than a week, it's a good idea to bring extra towels and tissues. I highly recommend this wonderful accommodation.”
“I absolutely loved Ana's house... all the facilities were perfect and complete... the mattresses were also excellent... I slept very well... i can tell the landlord put a lot of care and effort into this home... the owner is also has a great taste... the location is superb... there are many popular restaurants downstairs... and they're all delicious... I really loved and was extremely satisfied with this home❤️ If I ever come back to Sydney, I will definitely stay here again... I highly highly highly recommend here❤️❤️✌️✌️”

“Great place to stay if you're in search of a neighborhood where everything is within walking distance, including numerous coffee shops. It also offers decently easy access to train transportation, being just a 10-minute walk from the main train station. The indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna add a relaxing touch to your stay. Additionally, the in-unit washer and dryer are ideal, as they allow you to pack lighter while ensuring you always have fresh clothing.”

“The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, about 150 m from the apartment, the bus 304 goes directly to the Sydney Harbour, at the stop is also a small playground. Near the apartment is also located on Oxford Street, a slightly larger supermarket. Check-in and communication with the host went smoothly - we arrived in Sydney early and The Apartment Service made everything possible so we can check in earlier. The apartment itself looks like the pictures. The kitchen is very well-equipped, there is even a small welcome package with, among other things, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent and 2 small water bottles. There's a pool/hot tub in the house. Both were clean and accessible at all times during the day or never crowded. The apartment is largely very clean. When looking closely, there were a few less clean spots (e.g. in the washing machine room), but that was reasonable. Overall, we felt very comfortable :-)”

“This is a great place in a perfect location. It is in a heart of a district with lots of cool bars and restaurants (and about 30 mins walk to the waterfront, Opera house, etc.). It also has a small swimming pool, sauna, hot tub and work-out gym on site.”
