Apartment is well maintained and the balcony is a nice area to sit and relax.
It is quite spacious and the manager responds to questions/requests in a timely manner. We will miss the convenience of the gym and swimming pool.
Overall we had a good stay.

Location is perfect for our purpose, close enough to walk from the Blue Point Reserve Park to watch the firework.
It was good stay there. 5 mins walk to North Sydney Station. Josip is good caretaker. He allowed us late check out for few hours. I highly recommend this place to stay.
It's a comfortable place, close to public transport and in a quiet area. Stayed here for 2 weeks with a colleague and it met all our requirements.

Keris and the property manager, Josip, were prompt at responding when we had questions. They were quick to provide reasonable solutions to meet our needs. The listing was as advertised in description and pictures. While it's close to Sydney proper, you do have to pay a toll to cross the Sydney Harbor Bridge each time you go into/come from the city (unless on the train). It's in more of a business district so keep that in mind, but overall great experience and would recommend!!
