The flat is really well placed in Mosman being only minutes walking to local shops, restaurants and buses. and only a 15 to 20 minute walk (or easy bus) to Balmoral beach. The ferry into Sydney was a joy...20 minute walk (or a bus) to the ferry then a gorgeous ride across Sydney Harbour past the Opera House and Bridge into Central Quay and Sydney itself. The flat itself is slightly old school but is really nice, with open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area leading to a balcony with fantastic view. NOTE : There are quite a few narrow, steep steps to access the flat. We stayed one week at the beginning of our 5 week holiday, then also for the last week...and it felt like coming home Really enjoyed our stays.

Very well located, on a quiet street, 15 minutes walk (beautiful walk in the lush greenery) to Balmoral beach, beautiful. Excellent coffee Source 2 steps away. Multiple convenience stores on Military road. Bus stops are all ready too so you can easily get into town. The Mosman neighborhood is pretty, nice, pretty chic in fact! This is my 2nd time staying there, and I love it. The accommodation is a little old but comfortable, it is the floor under the roof of the owners house (nice and discreet). with a terrace and sea view! We had a great stay there
